Inspecting Homes in Alaska since 2003
This Home Inspection is being preformed for you. You need to be there. You need to hear what the inspector says, and you have the opportunity to ask questions about anything you might not understand. You will learn many things about the home today. Not only what might be right or wrong, but you will learn how to care for the home and what areas you may want to improve or upgrade. If you absolutely cannot attend, we highly recommend you have someone take your place. Please choose someone who will ask the questions you are concerned with and who will pass on information to you.
We will be looking at every part of the home that is accessible. Don't wear your best clothes. We will be inspecting the basements, crawlspaces, and attics.
Bring a pencil and paper or your cell phone with you. You will receive a fully-detailed report, complete with pictures, the very next day, but during the inspection you can pick the inspector's brain. Be sure to ask questions about upgrades and servicing of systems. You are also welcome to take pictures.
Inspection time will depend on the size and condition of the home, and the questions you have. Please allow about 3 hours for the Home Inspection. We are there to answer all your questions.
When possible, we will be looking under the home.
We will be looking at everything we have access to in the home.
We will be looking at the exterior of the building.
